KENDALL PLANETARIUM

Take a trip to the stars in OMSI’s Harry C. Kendall Planetarium, the largest and most technologically advanced planetarium in the Pacific Northwest. The 52-foot domed theater features educational astronomy shows with state-of-the-art visuals and special effects. The Harry C. Kendall Planetarium offers a variety of educational and entertaining multimedia presentations on astronomy, space science and laser programs.

Pacific Northwest Skies takes visitors on a journey to the stars, constellations and celestial highlights of our night sky. No matter what the weather is outside, the stars always shine in OMSI’s Kendall Planetarium. Take a look at the current night sky, the visible planets and more. Perfect for all ages!

  • End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, Oregon City
    Step back in time 150 years to those days when "Oregon Fever" swept the country like wild fire. More than 300,000 people crossed this land on the Oregon Trail, in search of a new life. Experience the adventure of that journey through living history interpretations, exhibits, storytelling and a mixed media presentation.
