Camp Use – Reservation System |
To reserve and use one or more facilities at Camp Cleawox or Wallace Creek,
complete the following steps:
1. Call the Eugene Girl Scout service center at (541) 485-5911 ext.105 or
1-800-522-8772 to make a reservation.
2. You will receive a site use contract. Please read it carefully and
double-check to make sure the correct dates and times have been reserved for
your group. You must sign and return your contract with the final amount due,
by the date indicated on the form, or your reservation will be cancelled. At
this time you will also receive a map to the site and a site user information
sheet.
3.The site managers will contact you 2-7 days prior to your stay. They will
clarify any questions you may have and will ask your troop/group for help with a
small service project.
4. GO AND HAVE FUN! Please remember to check in with the site managers upon
arrival and check out with site managers before leaving. You’ll be given a site
evaluation form to share feedback on our facilities – please take time to fill
it out.
5. After your visit the site managers will contact the Eugene Girl Scout service
center
to report how many attended and any additional fees the group incurred. You will
be billed for any additional monies owed or issued any remaining refund from
your deposit.

RENTAL FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit and rental fee are due 30 day prior to rental
date. If no damage has occurred at
the site, the user will be issued a check for the security deposit.
