| For 50 years, Our Cabaña has been a World
Program Center of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. Situated on 5 acres of
land near the the ancient city of Cuernavaca, Morelos, just 47 miles from
Mexico City, it has seven beautifully designed functional buildings
providing accommodations for 100 young women and adults guided by an
experienced, international staff. The patrol will meet girls
from all over the world during their 8 day session. |

Girl Scouts of Western Rivers Council is planning to send a
patrol of 18 girls and 4 adults to Our Cabaña. The patrol is made up
of 18 girls and 4 adults. Girls must fill out an application to be
considered for the patrol. Application and 2 references are due to the
council service center by May 23, 2008 (Due
Date has been extended).
Requirements: Girls MUST be a minimum of 14 years of age at
the time of travel.

| Open spots are being offered to girls throughout the boundaries of Our New
Council (Oregon, and SW Washington) |
| Cookie Dollars availability for this event will be determined by our new
council, and are not guaranteed. |
| Adults wanting to chaperone, must contact Jan Thompson and request
an Adult Chaperone Application. |
