Registration for Council mini-destination events will have an opening and a closing day.

All registrations received on or before opening day will be considered equally on opening day.

Registrations received before opening day will be held until opening day.

If an event fills on opening day, a drawing will determine placement.

Girls who have never attended the event will be given priority registration on opening day only.

If an event is not full on opening day, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until the event deadline.

When sending registrations by mail, it is recommended that you call the Council Service Center  in Eugene to confirm your registration has been received.
